OUR PROGRAMS
Building resilient societies for a climate defined century
Climate Conservancy advances systemic, science informed, and people centered solutions to the climate crisis. Our work operates at the intersection of ecology, mental wellbeing, youth leadership, and institutional transformation. We invest in ideas, communities, and infrastructure that enable societies to endure, adapt, and regenerate.
We believe climate action is strongest when it is rigorous, humane, and globally accountable. When institutions lead with integrity and communities are equipped with knowledge and care, collective resilience becomes possible.

Arts and Culture
Art shapes how societies understand risk, responsibility, and possibility. Climate Conservancy places cultural expression at the center of climate engagement, using art and storytelling to translate complex science into shared human meaning.
ArtSea: Art for Ocean Conservation
ArtSea is a global platform that brings together artists, conservationists, and coastal communities to honor and protect the world’s oceans. Through exhibitions, public art, performances, and creative campaigns, ArtSea transforms artistic practice into a catalyst for marine conservation.
The program elevates ocean literacy, amplifies frontline voices, and fosters emotional connection to marine ecosystems. By engaging audiences beyond traditional environmental spaces, ArtSea expands public imagination and mobilizes action for ocean preservation.
The Climate Chronicles
The Climate Chronicles is Climate Conservancy’s global newsletter and storytelling platform. It curates opportunities including grants, fellowships, green careers, and convenings, while sharing narratives of resilience, innovation, and climate leadership from around the world.
Designed as both a resource and a record, The Climate Chronicles supports emerging environmental leaders with timely information and a sense of shared purpose across borders.
Youth
Young people are essential architects of climate solutions today. Climate Conservancy invests deeply in youth leadership, not as symbolic inclusion, but as strategic governance.
Climate Conservancy Ambassadors
The Ambassadors program equips young communicators with the tools to disseminate credible climate knowledge through digital platforms. Ambassadors amplify youth voices, counter misinformation, and build transnational networks of action in the digital public sphere.
By combining storytelling with civic engagement, the program leverages technology to inspire participation and collective momentum.
Climate Conservancy Chapters
Climate Conservancy Chapters empower young people to lead climate action within their own communities. Each chapter is locally rooted, culturally responsive, and shaped by justice oriented priorities.
From school based initiatives to regional collaborations, chapters translate global climate challenges into tangible local action, demonstrating the power of decentralized leadership.
Climate Conservancy Fellowship
The Fellowship is an intensive leadership development program that transforms emerging talent into confident climate practitioners. Through mentorship, immersive learning, and peer collaboration, fellows build the skills, networks, and ethical grounding required for sustained impact.
The fellowship emphasizes systems thinking, interdisciplinary collaboration, and responsibility to both people and planet.
Leadership Development and Advocacy
Climate Conservancy brings youth perspectives into policy dialogues, institutional forums, and global decision making spaces. Our leadership development and advocacy work ensures that those most affected by climate disruption have a voice in shaping solutions.
This work is intersectional, principled, and committed to equity across generations and geographies.

Environment
Environmental protection is inseparable from community wellbeing and cultural continuity. Climate Conservancy advances conservation efforts that are science informed, community led, and intergenerational.
Ground Guardians
Ground Guardians is a community centered conservation initiative focused on protecting native ecosystems and biodiversity. The program supports ecological restoration through Indigenous stewardship, youth engagement, and locally driven conservation strategies.
By honoring ancestral knowledge and advancing regenerative practices, Ground Guardians strengthens both ecosystems and the communities that depend on them.
Our Approach
Across all programs, Climate Conservancy integrates education, creativity, leadership, and care. We operate with institutional discipline and moral clarity, recognizing that climate action must be as inclusive as it is effective. Our programs are designed for long term resilience.
